Motor test equipment shaft manufacturing | S45C, SCM440, A5052
Manufacture of connection shafts and fixed jigs for motor testing equipment.
Manufacturing of shafts and fixtures for motor testing equipment In motor testing, the accuracy of peripheral components such as connection shafts and fixtures is as important as that of the motor itself. For example, in inverter evaluation devices, it is noted that measurement errors can easily arise due to insufficient accuracy of the motor's fixation and connection fixtures. Additionally, in E-motor dynamometers, parts that can handle high-speed and high-torque conditions are necessary to measure torque, rotational speed, efficiency, and acceleration/deceleration response. "If you want to manufacture a shaft for a testing machine," "If you need parts to connect the motor and the testing machine," "If you are looking for a processing company including fixtures." In such cases, please consult with Equal Co., Ltd. Equal is a cutting processing manufacturer specializing in small-batch production of various types, and has a track record in shaft manufacturing. We can accommodate materials such as S45C, SCM440, A5052, various heat treatments, 3D measurement, and the submission of inspection reports. Please feel free to contact us regarding shaft manufacturing for mechanical parts, not limited to testing machines.
